The space

Gorgeous cabin halfway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The back porch overlooks miles of valley and mountain ranges without a human in sight.

The back of the cabin overlooks National Park!

– Wifi is a hot spot. It is slow at 15mbps unlimited.
– The cabin is on a steep, one-lane mountain road.
– We have neighbors – some of which live there

Office Business Hours: 9/8c-6/5c 7 days per week on Airbnb Messenger only.

Guest access

You will get a door code before check-in. No need to meet anyone for keys. You get the whole house to yourself.

Other things to note

The red tape:

– All guests must be 18+ (children with parents are allowed)
-QUIET TIME 9:30pm
– 5 Humans Max
– 2 Vehicle Max
– Message us before booking if you have more than 4 humans
– No Pets. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
– We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
– You will likely see and hear critters
– Bears are dangerous
– The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area.
– We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.

– The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

– No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

– No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

– Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided

– Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
