The Owner takes a payment of 100% at the time of the booking.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in—no refund after that.
Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
We welcome children to our accommodation and provide a pack-n-play on-site.
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM for big houses (Back In Black, NEM, Nuts, Rockaway, and Electric Ocean) and 11 AM for small cabins (Misty, Good Life, and Bark).
